My name is Jennifer Sedlacek and I am the First Grade teacher here at Scotland Elementary!
Let me share some information about myself professionally and personally. This is my 9th year here at Scotland Elementary, but my 5th year as the first grade teacher! Prior to that I was a Paraprofessional in grades K-3rd. I owned and operated Apple Academy Preschool for 10 years before that. I have my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education from the University of Sioux Falls. My family also owns and operates the Scotland Redi-Mix. It is a family owned business and we are celebrating our 52nd year! I have been a proud Scotland Highlander my whole life! My husband’s name is Joe and I have 3 children, Samantha, Tristan & McKensie. In my spare time I enjoy friends and family, scrapbooking, shopping, reading & traveling.
